We deliver to all and any postal services around the world. However, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses hence we request you kindly provide us with your full street address along with a valid zip code.

Most of the orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact our helpdesk at

You may be charged for shipping separately. Shipping charges are mentioned separately and can be viewed when in your cart while reviewing your order. The shipping charge is based on the weight and destination of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the weights of all the units are added and the shipping is charged as single delivery fee.

Shipping charges are only waived off in case there is ”free shipping” promotion going on.

We use different carriers to ship around the world. DHL, UPS, FedEx, First Flight and India Post being some of our carriers

Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8-9 business days for India and 25-30 business days for international orders.


Cash on Delivery

We do offer cash on delivery shipping option on most of our products. However, some of our categories does not have COD option available. We are unable to offer COD facility on ceramics and furniture. If your cart contains products from furniture and ceramics categories you will not be able to choose COD option for the other eligible products in the same cart.

There may be additional charges for COD on some of product categories.

Our Policy

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Ocean Home Store is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities (within 15 working days at most, from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation). Delivery of all orders will be to the shipping address mentioned by the buyer or as per the address associated with credit/debit card at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Ocean Home Store is in no way responsible for any damage to the packaging of the order while in transit to the buyer.


Tracking your order:

You will get a processing update one your order is shipped from our warehouse. Our warehouse will email with you tracking details along with carrier details to you’re your email.

Address Change

We start processing your order soon after its payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed we cannot change your address. You may leave us a message by clicking on the Contact Us, and if your address change can be processed you will be notified via email.



All products are first polythene packed then put in corrugated boxes. Gift wrapping facility is available at an additional charge. You can select this option on your cart when you review your order.

You may also add personal messages along with your orders; this service is free of cost.
